This 6-week series running from May 1st through June 5th focuses on applying alignment principles to yoga postures with the integration of breath awareness to support a gentle flow practice. Designed to foster community connection, this class welcomes all body types and levels, including beginners and those looking to slow down and explore intentional and mindful movement. Participants will be guided through a series of foundational poses, seated, standing, and reclining, focusing on finding the balance between ease and effort. Each session ends with guided awareness for deep relaxation, leaving you feeling calm, open, and centered. Come as you are, move mindfully, and join our supportive community! Participants will need to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Please note that registration is required for each session and will open at 10:00 am Friday one week in advance of each session (for example: registration for the sixth session taking place on Friday, June 5th at 11:00 am will open Friday, May 29th at 10:00 am). There will be a strict five-minute grace period for participants to arrive to ensure that everyone has time to warm up.
