This presentation will walk micro-entrepreneurs through the different structures (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, LLC, S-Corp, etc.) and dive into the benefits and limitations of these entities. 

The Business & Career Center is partnering with the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP) and Pace University Small Business Development Center to offer this opportunity to go over the basics of business entity formation.

Registration is required.
