Join us for an hour of demonstration and hands-on learning about basic bicycle safety and maintanence. Participants will learn how to properly adjust a helmet, find the right size bike, identify parts of the bike and their functions, check if a bicycle is safe to ride, and pump up a tire.

Free resources about cycling in the five boroughs, free classes, and bike route planning information will also be shared.

Please note: this program does not include riding bicycles or performing repairs/maintenance requiring tools.
